This page describes what Mix Snip currently collects. It is not a finished privacy policy.

Who is responsible

This website

The iPhone waitlist form sends the email address you type, and your name if you add one. A hidden field is used only to ignore automated submissions.

The site also records anonymous conversion events — for example Mac download clicks, waitlist start/success/error (without the email), demo play/complete, before/after views, and FAQ opens. Those events include the page path, a CTA location label, a broad platform (Mac, iOS, or other), and the referring site when the browser provides one. They do not include filenames, DJ recordings, email addresses, or other personal details.

The Mix Snip apps

The iPhone and Mac apps can create an account so your profile follows you between devices. Recordings are analysed and exported on the device you are using.

Signed-in copies of the app can send usage events and optional bug reports to Mix Snip’s backend so we can see whether core actions work.
